Currently, Duplex Play App has an issue and the App renewal is not available. They have some technical issues.
**We highly suggest using one of the following Apps on your Smart TV:**
1- IPTV Smarters.
2- Smart One IPTV.
3- Smart STB.
4- Smart IPTV.
5- Net IPTV.
6- Set IPTV.
You should be able to find one of the above apps on your Smart TV.
After you install one of the above Apps, just follow the instructions on the TV screen, All Apps are very simple to use.
Note: We can help you to upload your Playlist URL (Your Subscription) to any App listed above.
Please login to your client area and submit a support ticket. Make sure to provide us the App name and device ID or MAC address.
