I already renewed my TV subscription but still not working

If you already renewed the TV subscription and still not working, please follow the below steps:

Please try to turn off your device and internet router for 2 minutes. Then try again.

If not working, then you have to do the additional steps below:

Step# 1:
Delete the current TV subscription on the App that you used, then add your TV subscription Playlist details again.

Step# 2:
If you do step#1 and still not working, please Delete/ Uninstall the current app on your device, then install it again, see the tutorial link for all supported devices & Apps:

After you install the App on your device, please open the app and use your TV subscription Playlist details as provided by email.
